As we noted earlier, hand copying a MS of more than two or three pages, no matter what its text, will almost certainly involve making some changes from the original. This is all the more likely to be true in Greek texts, in which no spaces are inserted between the words. As a result, probably no two MSS of a New Testament book or any other ancient book are absolutely identical in words, spelling, and other details.
